Shan’s Kitchen is a small, owner-operated food service providing fresh Indian meals for delivery and catering. All food is prepared in limited quantities. Because operations are run by a single owner, availability may vary.
2. Operating Days
We are open Tuesday through Saturday.
We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
Orders placed during closed days will be processed on the next business day.
3. Using the Website
By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Orders are processed using a third-party ordering system (Oracle GloriaFood). Your use of that ordering system is also subject to their policies.
4. Food Allergies & Health Disclaimer
Please be aware:
Our dishes may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and other common allergens.
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and contacting us with questions before ordering.
While we take great care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
By ordering, you acknowledge these risks.
5. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, and order details.
Incorrect information may result in delays or missed deliveries. Shan’s Kitchen is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer information.
6. Delivery Windows
Delivery times are estimates.
Weather, traffic, order volume, or kitchen delays may affect timing.
You agree to be available during the estimated delivery window.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Because meals are cooked fresh:
Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour after they are placed.
After food preparation begins, no refunds can be issued unless the issue is on our end (e.g., item unavailable or confirmed error).
For catering orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us on the same day and we will make it right.
8. Catering Terms
For catering orders:
A deposit may be required for large orders.
Final menu changes must be confirmed 48 hours before the event.
Once the food leaves the kitchen, we are not responsible for storage, reheating, or handling at the event location.
9. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed on the website and may change without notice.
Payment is processed securely through the integrated ordering system.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
Shan’s Kitchen is not liable for:
health reactions due to undisclosed allergies,
delays outside our control,
losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer,
misuse or improper storage of food after delivery.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
